Who can apply for the D5
A transfer to an accredited Portuguese institution after ≥1 year of study abroad is the key condition
What you need
Transfer acceptance letter (acceptance transfer) for a program longer than one year
Transcripts from your university abroad (for the previous year of study)
Motivation letter (letter of intent)
Clean criminal record; no EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship
Proof of funds (your own or from a sponsor)
